ராகி ஹல்வா Raagi halwa

- Raagi flour-1 cup (ராகி மாவு)
- Ghee-5 Tablespoon ( நெய் )
- Sugar-1/2 cup ( சக்கரை )
- Cashewnut-6 (முந்திரி )
- Badam(almond)-4 (பாதாம் )
- Dry grapes-6 (optional) (உலர்ந்த திராட்சை )
Directions:
- Heat the pan and melt 5tbsp ghee.
- Now fry cashewnuts,badam and drygrapes.
- Then add 1 cup of raagi flour and roast it for 2 minutes.(in simmer flame)
- Add little water or just sprinkle and stir well for 5 minutes.
- Now add sugar and stir well for 5 minutes.
- And now it's ready to serve :)
- Can add more ghee if u need.
