My Kitchen recipes (raagi sweet)

                                                 ராகி ஹல்வா  Raagi halwa                                        

Ingredients:


  • Raagi flour-1 cup  (ராகி மாவு) 
  • Ghee-5 Tablespoonநெய் )
  • Sugar-1/2 cup  ( சக்கரை ) 
  • Cashewnut-6     (முந்திரி )
  • Badam(almond)-4  (பாதாம் )
  • Dry grapes-6 (optional)  (உலர்ந்த திராட்சை )

Directions:

  • Heat the pan and melt 5tbsp ghee.
  • Now fry cashewnuts,badam and drygrapes.
  • Then add 1 cup of raagi flour and roast it for 2 minutes.(in simmer flame)
  • Add little water or just sprinkle and stir well for 5 minutes.
  • Now add sugar and stir well for 5 minutes.
  • And now it's ready to serve :)
  • Can add more ghee if u need.
